I am writing this informative article for people that don’t know what are binary options.
So binary options is a new trend of trading forex in the last 3-4 years. If you know what is forex about you can understand easily what they are.
Forex -> (Foreign Exchange market (forex, FX, or currency market) is a global decentralized market for the trading of currencies. Ref: Wikipedia)
So when trading forex everything depends on you. You can choose the time to make the trade and time to close the trade. If exchange rate has moved in the direction you predicted then your win amount = Amount Traded multiplied by new exchange rate – exchange rate in the time of trading.
- Example: You bought 5000 USD and sold EUR at 1.2 (in the time of trading).
- The exchange rate when you decide to close the trade is 1.3
- Your profits are 5000USD x (1.3-1.2) = 500 USD
The best thing when trading forex is that you can use broker’s money to trade with. So with a few words this is forex trading.
Binary trading for my opinion is like gambling. Most of brokers allowing you to trade binary options have a 60 seconds trade. You decide to open the trade but this trade will autoclose after 60 seconds. If you predicted that for example USD/EUR will go UP you will will around 80% of traded amount in the case USD/EUR will go at least 1 PIP up, and you will lose amount traded if USD/EUR will go down at least 1 PIP. So this is very risky way of tarding.
This trend, or this new way of trading revealed out of nowhere a lot of automatic trading tools predicting the exchange rate. This are called Binary Robots. They give you signals on when to trade in an exact time. There are a lot of scams out there. LOL yes most of them are really scams. I have tested a lot of them and lost all the money invested in their respective brokers. So to make this short read online reviews before taking action and invest in any of this so called “binary robots”
I will show later on this site some of best performing robots/signals software. One of them for sure is Copy Trade Profit and you can read a short review of it in this website: Diversions Blog. Lol they just posted it now.
